I just had the stash fall from the ceiling tiles onto my head, like Manna from Heaven. Except horrible, and sharp and painful. Here for your disappointment, raw and inebriated Halaka, from various stretches of the post-armchair warhead mountain range, improvised, overdubbed, underdubbed, underwritten, edited, unedited, mistaken, erased, re-written, counterclockwised, and forgotten about (for the most part) until now. If any of this sounds familiar you might already be from the future. This...

Released in 2004 as a limited CDR, then apparently shoved into a closet. Original working title was "The Years Are Gradually Breaking My Concentration". That title was scrapped originally as it was stolen from an earlier fan-club only box set release. This version is from a master dated 8.31.03. Each track is a "side." Both generally appear on the same side of a CD. It sounds a bit like a political piece at times. First side more song-oriented, second side more ambient.

Acoustic balladry dropped accidentally dropped into a bucket of tar. A little mellow, with a bunch of gravel, feathers, cigarette butts, and dead bugs stuck to it. Saw limited release as a cassette in 1997, and various just as limited releases since. These audio files are from a master.

A mid-90s (1995) halaka "release". Contains the usual sort of noise, pseudo-psychedelia, half considered concept pieces, mistuned instruments. Some themes re-visited later.

Part 3 in a set - a stripped-down Halaka record that's more EP than full-length. Though the running time puts it around 60 minutes, there are 7 tracks and the last two are extended noise-making.

Backward masks and zippers; tiny cassettes and I do not know what that was.
